Intersectionality as researchers’ and participants’ resource: A commentary on the contributions to the Special Issue

The aim of this commentary is to relate the papers contributing special issue broader directions and orientations psychological research on intersectionality. It argued that, in common with existing research, contributions current either explore how social actors stereotype others light their intersecting identities or focus potential implications holding subordinate (including gender). also maintained that while intersectionality has mainly constituted researcher’s concern analytic lens, a future agenda, as it indicated by some contributions, should involve study participants’ resource investigation (proximal distal) its use different rhetorical contexts.
